Recruitment Head
Location: Makati City, Philippines
Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will report to the Vice President of Human Resources / Administration, who is based in the Philippines, with responsibility for Global Talent Acquisition Leadership across international locations
- This position will manage a centralized team of recruiters with coordination with Human Resources Team distributed worldwide with a heavy emphasis on teaching and implementing recruiting best practices across the organization
- The ideal candidate must have experience building multi-tiered recruiting models that deliver top notch talent for the organization at the right time and cost. This person will be a visionary, and be expected to think 6-24 months out to strategically direct the team towards meeting staffing goals.
- Lead the recruitment team to strategically meet Company's goals and objectives in the most efficient and effective recruiting process which will include the development of consistent staffing processes and methodologies across key business locations in the EMEA, AMER and APAC regions
- Design and implement effective strategies or processes to ensure resource needs are aptly met
- Lead as a change agent by continuously improving existing procedures and develop customized recruitment strategies that are parallel with the Company's goals
- Manage, motivate, and develop a team of recruiters that includes hiring, resource allocation, coaching, mentoring, performance management, and employee development
- Provide regular reports to senior management on key recruiting metrics
- Manage recruitment budget, including annual forecast and monthly accrual and forecasting of expenses
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate must be willing to be based in the Philippines; expats are welcome to apply
- The level is Senior Manager or up depending on the skill sets and qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years full cycle, high volume recruiting experience in a management capacity with a global recruiting background
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of internet and software technologies with ability to effectively communicate with technical hiring managers, understand exactly what they are looking for, and provide potential candidates within the specified time frame
- Proven experience developing out of the box strategy/sourcing techniques to fill difficult positions
- With staffing leadership experience, to include developing and implementing recruiting infrastructure, and managing global recruiting staff
- With a proven experience in developing and implementing staffing policies and procedures with process consistency across a global organization
- Advanced knowledge of recruiting best practices, recruiting systems, legal compliance and overall knowledge of HR disciplines
- Articulate English communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin / German / French is an advantage
